Undurraga Sibaris Sauvignon Blanc Gran Reserva 2022
Undurraga is one of Chile’s most prestigious wineries, consistently receiving high scores from top wine critics. Founded in 1885, they own 1,350 hectares of estate vineyard in Chile’s premium wine producing areas such as Leyda, Cauquenes and Itata. Grapes for the Sibaris Sauvignon Blanc Gran Reserva are grown in the Lomas de Leyda vineyard, situated in Chile's Leyda Valley. The climate is moderated by the cooling influence of the Pacific Ocean and summer coastal fogs which last until midday. The wine displays a complex nose of zesty grapefruit and lime accompanied by hints of black pepper and delicate floral aromas, with herbaceous and mineral undertones. Harmoniously balanced on the palate with a delicious acidity offering mouthwatering citrus and mineral tones through to a persistent finish.
