

Cloof Wine Estate Inkspot 2018
The Cloof Inkspot is a unique red wine blend of inky concentration and unparalleled concentration. Consisting of Pinotage, Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, this blend is partially matured in oak for 12 months prior to release. Power and inky concentration, with a tightly woven structure and perfect balance. Inkspot has an intense nose of strawberries and plums with a hint of spices and slight smokiness from barrel maturation. The palate is medium-bodied with soft ripe tannins and intense dark and red fruit flavours evolving in a very rounded finish.
