The Domaine de la Madone Fleurie Cuvée Tradition is 100% Gamay sourced from vines that are 70-100 years old grown on the hillside of la Madone in Fleurie, just above and below the chapel de la Madone, which was constructed in 1870. The Cuvée Tradition expresses all the qualities that one can expect from a fine Fleurie. It is supple and very fruity, the tannins are fine but very present. It can be drunk young, but it also improves with age.
