The Conte di Alari Gavi di Gavi is an excellent value white wine made by Villa Sparina. Considered the Chablis of Italy, this Gavi produced in Piedmont, has an extraordinary clear, cool freshness and delivers a raft of delicious pear and preserved lemon notes. The Conte di Alari Gavi di Gavi has a typically delicate floral aroma, on the palate the floral notes are accompanied by juicy peach and red apple with a trademark minerality and tangy salinity. The additional ‘di Gavi’ means the grapes were grown within the Gavi town borders - a stamp held only by the finest wines.
