The Invincible Vinho Branco Douro Número Dois is a white field blend sourced from 90+ year old vineyards. The composition includes grape varieties such as Rabigato, Códega, Donzelinho branco, Boal and Códega do Larinho. The wine undergoes 10 months “elevage” in used French oak barriques. "Deliciously tangy and textural. The 90-year-old plus, field blend vineyards bring intensity and layer. Fleshy apricot, with soft, nutty, creamy oak. Savoury (touch cheesy) lees and a lick of raw honeycomb flesh out a backbone of grapefruit acidity – the driver.
