Mendel Cabernet Sauvignon 2021
The Mendel Cabernet Sauvignon is a very intense and complex wine in which ripe plums, black cherries, raspberries, black cherries, fresher floral notes, and those coming from its oak ageing come together in balance. Matured in French oak for 12 months and a further 6 months in bottle prior to release this Cabernet Sauvignon displays aromas of black and red pepper with hints of red fruit such as blueberries, cassis, strawberries as well as delicate quince undertones. The Mendel Cabernet Sauvignon is a pleasant and easy-to-drink red wine. The same spice and fruit aromas on the nose follow through on the palate. Sweet and plush tannins give it structure, vivacity and unctuousness. An elegant wine whose freshness confers it a persistent and velvety finish.
