The Between Five Bells (B5B) Red Wine is a Shiraz (90%) dominated red blend. The Shiraz is split into two parts with the first 60% entirely whole-bunch fermented and the other 30% co-fermented with Pinot Noir (5%) and Negroamaro (2%) on top of the skins of Nero D'Avola (3%). This is a fresh, bright and lively red wine made in strictly limited quantities.
