Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Edizione 43 NV
The Ca' del Bosco Cuvée Prestige Edizione 43 represents the very essence of Franciacorta sparkling wines. A jewel created in 2007, only the finest Chardonnay (84%) across 157 plots, Pinot Nero (14%) from 27 plots and Pinot Bianco (2%) from 5 plots are used in the final blend. Each variety is vinified separately and then skilfully blended with reserves of the finest vintages. It will take almost 24 months of refinement on yeasts before this wine is ready to express all its richness and identity. Edition 43 is a blend of vintage wines 2018 (81%), reserve wines 2017 (7%) and reserve wines 2016 (12%). A classic, well-balanced Franciacorta, pleasantly fresh and crisp. Perfect for any occasion.
