Château Laubade XO Bas Armagnac
Château de Laubade was founded in 1870 in the heart of Gascony, the original home of distillation in France, and has been owned by the Lesgourgues family since 1974. The vineyards, occupying 105 hectares, are situated in the top growth Bas Armagnac region; Ugni Blanc, Baco, Colombard and Folle Blanche grapes are cultivated using organic methods, then vinified and distilled at the Château. The award-winning Château de Laubade XO Bas Armagnac has a uniquely intense nose that develops fine aromas of orange peel, roasted and grilled bread, completed by notes of cinnamon. The palate has a savoury roundness and seductive complexity.
