Domaine de Villaine Bourgogne Aligoté de Bouzeron 2015
Domaine de Villaine is the private holding of Aubert de Villaine, the co-owner of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, which is now managed by his nephew Pierre de Benoïst. It is here in the village of Bouzeron that the white Aligoté grape is allowed to truly flourish, by being planted on the best terroir, on the slopes, leading to ripe, honeyed fruit and an elegant mineral backbone. This is an elegant appetising wine with great personality.
