Ferraton Père et Fils Châteauneuf-du-Pape Le Parvis 2016
The Ferraton Père et Fils Châteauneuf-du-Pape Le Parvis is a Grenache dominated red wine with a small percentage of Syrah and Mourvèdre added into the final blend. Matured in a combination of oak barrels and vats for 12 to 15 months Le Parvis displays complex aromas of morello cherries and plums, with hints of roasted coffee and cinnamon. The palate displays fine, smooth tannins, fleshy fruit character with highlights of spice and leather.
