Ferraton Père et Fils Saint Joseph La Source Rouge 2016
The Ferraton Père & Fils Saint Joseph La Source Rouge is a pure Syrah red wine sourced from the foothills of the Massif Central on the right bank of the Rhône river. Partly aged in oak barrels for 12 months this wine is an intense ruby red in colour displaying aromas of small black berries (black currant, black berry), violet and a hint of liquorice. The palate has a soft attack, with aromas of red fruits. The back bone of the wine is its minerality and the finish is long and spicy.
