Grappa di Barili di Sassicaia is a single vintage grappa distilled from the marc obtained from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the Tenuta San Guido estate. After distillation it is matured in barrique for 4 years and then a further 6 months in the oak barrels in which Sassicaia was previously refined. Grappa di Sassicaia is full-bodied, structured and majestic.
