Located just a stones throw from the Grand Cru area the Jadot Chablis 1er Cru Montée de Tonnerre is aged on its fine lees for between 13 and 15 months. The resulting wine is elegant, lightly mineral with a classic bouquet of lemon and apple, wet stone and spring flowers, followed by good acidity and finish on the palate.
