Agua Santa Pinot Noir Reserva 2018
The Agua Santa Pinot Noir Reserva is made by Viña Luís Felipe Edwards whose home nestles at the foot of some of the highest and most spectacular vineyards Chile has to offer. The family's remote Agua Santa ('holy water') vineyards lie in the Colchagua Costa area, just 30 km from the Pacific. There, in the weathered coastal mountains, older than the Andes, the unique combination of ancient soils, luminous sunshine and cooling ocean breezes give exceptional growing conditions for the delicate Pinot Noir Grape. This is a classically structured style of Pinot Noir with aromas of summer red fruits like cherries, raspberries and strawberries alongside delicate touches of vanilla. The palate is fresh and fruity with soft fine tannins and a long finish.
