Mendel Apertura Malbec 2019
Mendel's Apertura Malbec comes from the estate's own vineyards located in an exceptional terroir of Luján de Cuyo with a view of the Sierras de Lunlunta. This Malbec, sourced from a vineyard planted in 1928, is managed embracing the same philosophy as in the plots destined for the top wines of Mendel. During maturation in barrels, the team at Mendel select very fruity wines, lighter in body and structure, looking for a very friendly, fresh, and easy-drinking wine but at the same time with great volume and round tannins.
