Morandé Pionero Carménère Reserva 2018
The Morandé Pionero Carménère Reserva is made from fruit sourced from Chiles Maule Valley. A portion of the wine is aged in oak barrels for 6 months prior to bottling. On the nose the wine offers blackberry fruit aromas, fresh herbs, and spices such as cinnamon.
Medium in body the palate is fruity with attractive notes of vanilla, cloves, and chocolate with juicy fine tannins, fresh acidity, and a long finish.
