Le Difese by Tenuta San Guido is a red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese grapes. After fermentation the wine is aged for 12 months in French and American Oak barriques and then refined for a further three months prior to its release. Le Difese displays great structure and character with a soft, smooth palate allowing the wine to be enjoyed immediately upon release.
