Unico Zelo Truffle Hound 2019
Sourced from vineyards in Australia's Clare Valley, the Unico Zelo Truffle Hound is a red wine blend of native Italian grapes Barbera and Nebbiolo. The wine pairs ripe fruit flavours with the crisp acidity that one would expect from these northern Italian varieties. Up-front blackberry and bitter cherry fruit gives way to notes of dried herbs and anise. The finish is dry and persistent, with a lightly tannic grip.
