Infusing the classic Hedgerow Gin with Blackberries and Crab Apple results in a delightfully elegant and subtle fruit drink. There is no sugar added to the Gin so while the taste is led by the fruit this will be favoured by those with a drier palate. The gentle fruitiness can be enhanced by the choice of mixer, particularly recommend are either an original tonic or with a ginger ale, bringing out the sweet, juicy taste of the plump berries.
