Monte Rossa Franciacorta Flamingo Rosé NV

Flamingo is the new release of the historical Franciacorta Rosé Brut. Inspired by the city that never sleeps 'Las Vegas', Flamingo is a marriage of 40% Pinot Noir and 60% Chardonnay. Starting with a soft pressing of a selection of the best grapes, fermentation takes place partially in stainless steel at controlled temperature, and part in oak barrel before ageing in bottle for at least 24 months. Coppery pink in colour this sparkling wine is flavourful and fresh, with a fine and persistent perlage.
