Monte Rossa Franciacorta Prima Cuvée Brut NV

Monte Rossa's Franciacorta Prima Cuvée is the visiting card of the Estate, widely known for its graceful elegance. Made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a small amount of Pinot Bianco this sparkling wine is aged for at least 24 months in bottle before release, evolving into an immensely pleasurable wine. Straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage Prima Cuvée displays lovely notes of fresh fruit, pears and peaches to the nose, with a touch of yeast and crusty bread. The palate is harmonious and complex, fresh, persistent and very long.
