The BRIOTTET Crème de Cassis de Dijon (20%) is the family's flagship blackcurrant liqueur made from the most prestigious blackcurrant variety: Noir de Bourgogne. The berries are harvested exclusively in Burgundy before being macerated in a water and alcohol solution for about 10 weeks. The resulting infusion is added to French white sugar to obtain this top-of-the-range crème de cassis.
