Château Maris Le Zulu 2019
Château Maris Le Zulu is an organic red wine made from a selection of Grenache and Syrah grapes and without added sulphites. Lively, fruity, a little salty and juicy, this wine has taken the best of the south of France, rich fruitiness combined with the taste and balanced acidity provided by the terroir. The grapes are macerated in concrete vats for 3 weeks and extraction is done by punching down and pumping over. No sulphites are added from the harvest until bottling. The wine is then aged in concrete vats for 4 to 5 months. With delicious aromas of ripe red fruits this is a great value supple and generous red wine.
