Domaine of the Bee Côtes du Roussillon Villages 2017
The Domaine of the Bee Côtes du Roussillon Villages is a red wine blend of Grenache and Carignan. All the grapes are hand harvested and then hand-sorted at the winery to ensure only the best grapes are used. Matured for 14 months in a mixture of 500 litre and 225 litre barrels (25% new) the wine is a deep black-red in colour displaying vibrant aromas of blackcurrant, vanilla alongside hints of fennel and rosemary. The palate is tremendously rich and concentrated with intense mouthwatering flavours and ripe, rounded tannins balanced out with slatey minerality that drives through to a long and persistent finish.
