Muré Gewürztraminer Clos St Landelin Grand Cru 2019
Located in Rouffach, to the south of Alsace, the Muré family's Clos Saint Landelin monopoly covers 12 hectares (29 acres) and the vines have an average age of 45 years. The vineyard is situated at the southern end of the grand cru Vorbourg and its steep south facing slopes are cultivated in terraces with organic and biodynamic practices adopted. The Clos St Landelin Gewürztraminer is a pale golden colour with fine aromas of rose, ginger and mango. The palate is elegant, well-balanced and delicate with flavours of fine exotic fruits. Perfect with foie gras or Munster cheese.
