Muré Pinot Gris Pierres Sèches 2019
The Muré Pinot Gris Pierres Sèches (Dry Stones) takes its name from the dry stone wall terraces built in order to develop the vines in the terroir of Rouffach. These walls provide perfect drainage for the clay and limestone soil and offer great conditions for the vine to thrive. The average age of the Pinot Gris vines is now 35 years and the organic approach to winemaking gives a crisp, dry wine that is a perfect accompaniment with fish or white meat dishes.
