Sánchez Romate Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus Orange Liqueur
Cardenal Mendoza Angêlus Orange Liqueur is the latest conception to leave the Sánchez Romate Winery. The most exclusive part of Cardenal Mendoza, the Angel's share, takes on a new dimension in the form of this original Liqueur. Its ingredients include Seville oranges, lemons from Valencia, cardamon and clove. Mahogany in colour, its nose features an amalgamation of intricate citrus and spiced notes which evoke sweet aromas of dried fruits. The palate comprises a velvety explosion of citrus tones, with hints of bitter oranges and toasted nuance, resulting in a finish which is sweetened, long-lasting and seemingly endless. This incredible and versatile liquor offers an unforgettable experience served either over ice or as a classic cocktail. It makes an amazing Margarita, Cosmopolitan or Sidecar.
