Valdespino 'Inocente' Pago de Macharnudo Fino Sherry
The Valdespino 'Inocente' is a single vineyard Fino (Dry) sherry produced exclusively from Palomino grapes grown in the Pago de Marcharnudo - one of the top single vineyard sites in the Jerez DO. Considering the finished wine is ten years old, it is bursting with freshness and flavour. Straw yellow in colour it displays savoury aromas with bread dough, almonds, olives and dried apples dominating on the nose. Bone dry and bracingly refreshing on the palate, with a saline minerality and a long and complex finish.
