Zuccardi Fósil San Pablo Chardonnay 2018
Zuccardi's Fósil San Pablo Chardonnay is a simply stunning expression beautifully crafted by Sebastián Zuccardi. Grapes for the wine are sourced from the San Pablo vineyard in the Uco Valley and reflect perfectly the unique characteristics, soils and geological history of this unique 'Paraja' (place). Fermented and matured in concrete vessels there is a freshness to this Chardonnay, influenced by the calcareous soils and mountainous climate, and an elegance beyond comparison. A citrus palate with bright acidity and creamy lees.
