The Elephant Hill Estate Syrah is one of the flagship grape varieties of the estate and is made from fruit sourced from the Gimblett, Triangle and Te Awanga Vineyards in Hawkes Bay. This is an intense, ripe, juicy wine with notes of black fruits, dark chocolate, black pepper and sweet inviting spices.
