New Zealand | Hawkes Bay

Hawkes Bay is located on the eastern coast of New Zealand’s North Island and is the country's second largest wine region with a respected 100+ year heritage in wine production. The various topography and wide range of soil types - from fertile silty loam’s to free-draining shingle - produces a considerable range of wine styles and types.

The Hawkes Bay wine region is the largest premium red wine producing region in New Zealand and by combining new world fruit flavours with old world structure the Hawke's Bay red wines are unique and elegant.

Hawke's Bay has grown to be home to over 80 wineries and 170 wine grape growers. History, consistency, diversity and innovation continue to provide the foundation for Hawke's Bay's reputation as a quality producer of world class wines.
