Le Soula Trigone Rouge Nº XXI
Trigone Rouge is the 'calling-card' of Le Soula, a simple and very easy to drink red wine characterised by its multi-vintage blend. The composition for Lot Nº XXI comprises Syrah (92%), Carignan (5%) and Grenache (3%) grapes, that are all farmed organically, biodynamically and harvested by hand. In the cellar élevage takes place in a combination of demi-muids (84%) and 3000 litre foudre (16%). Considering the multi-vintage composition this is a superbly balanced wine that displays incredible freshness and expresses perfectly the terroir of the Fenouillèdes.
