Masi Tupungato Passo Blanco 2018
Masi Tupungato Passo Blanco is an innovative white wine made in an unconventional style from organic grapes produced on the Masi Tupungato La Arboleda estate in Mendoza. Its body and exuberance come from the local grape variety, Torrontés (40%), while the Pinot Grigio (60%) grapes, lightly dried, give it class and the style of a top Venetian white wine. Passo Blanco is straw yellow in colour that displays aromas of flowers and ripe fruit, peaches and dried apricots. The palate is fruit, refreshing with good acidity and hints of lemon. Any sediment that might appear in this wine (tartrate salts) shows that no chemical treatment has been adopted in the winemaking process.
