Álvaro Palacios Gratallops Vi di Vila 2019
Álvaro Palacios Gratallops Vi di Vila (village wine) is a superb organic red wine dominated by the Grenache grape, alongside a small amount of Cariñena and some white grape varieties (Grenache Blanca, Macabeo & Pedro Ximénez). The grapes are sourced from a number of different vineyard sites, all of them belonging to the municipality of Gratallops, located in the Priorat wine region of Catalonia. Gratallops Vi di Vila is an elegant and refined wine with wonderful depth and concentration. Subtle floral notes, spiced herbs, cherries and mineral notes lead into a palate that has excellent balance and depth.
