Thymiopoulos Vineyards Malagouzia & Assyrtiko 2020
Grapes for this exclusive Thymiopoulos Vineyards white wine come from five to ten-year-old vines planted on limestone soils in the region of Imathia. They were handpicked in late August and early September and underwent fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, before being bottled unoaked. The result is a wine which perfectly marries the rich stone fruit and floral flavours of Malagouzia with the acidity and minerality of Assyrtiko, which adds freshness and complexity to the finish.
